Has life gotten messy? Maybe things did not turn out as you had planned. Sometimes life throws a lot at us, and things don't go as expected, but it can get better. You are enough just the way you are, and I am here to offer tools, support, and guidance to help you get back on track to a joyful life.

My focus

Do you spend most of your time caring for others--maybe as a parent, caretaker of an aging parent, partner in an unbalanced relationship--or just have a million responsibilities between work, family, and community? Are you trying to do it all and are your own worst critic? Perhaps you have lost yourself in the journey and need help refocusing.

My approach

I have worked in behavioral health for over 20 years and provide a nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that is full of compassion and support. We will work together to reshape negative thoughts, dig deeper into unhealthy patterns, and find tools that may help us more successfully navigate the world.

My communication style

I provide an open and nonjudgmental space for you to share. I prefer open communication and like to ask clarifying questions if I am unsure about something we have discussed. I approach most situations with curiosity and also a healthy dose of humor. There is nothing you could say that would make me think less of you.

My journey to mental healthcare

Over the years, I have seen so many clients who were struggling and critical of themselves, even though they were wonderful humans working so hard at life. I hope to be able to help others accept their imperfect lives and selves and embrace their own strengths and positives that they bring to the world.

My goals for you

I would be honored to partner with you to reach your goals, whatever those may be. We will walk the journey together to get rid of past patterns that no longer serve you so that you can move on to a place where you can embrace your own vulnerability and love yourself no matter what.

Our first session

We will explore what brings you to therapy in your first session. We will talk about any relevant history, current struggles and wins, and set goals for what you want your life to look like. This may feel like a lot, but we will get through it one step at a time.
