My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist began as a young military spouse and mom, witnessing firsthand the emotional toll that service, sacrifice, and transition can take on individuals and families. Those early experiences planted a deep desire in me to offer support, understanding, and healing to others walking similar paths.
