I work with emerging and established adults navigating anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and untangle what's feeling heavy.
My focus
I work with people feeling numb or weighed down by emotional or physical pain, constantly on edge with anxiety, or carrying the invisible burden of chronic pain. You might feel dismissed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure where to turn. Living with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, or persistent pain can be profoundly isolating.
My approach
I'll help you build practical tools that feel doable in your daily life. I use DBT, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to what fits you best. We might also explore ways to reconnect with your body and nervous system through mindfulness, movement, or whatever feels grounding.
