My communication style

I prioritize a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment, utilizing clear and direct communication, providing constructive feedback with empathy and compassion. For couples, I provide a safe space for you to learn to communicate more effectively and identify what each of you can do individually and together to improve the relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to the field of Social Work due to life experience, especially grief. I have worked in a variety of positions and roles with several different populations. I am confident that my life and work experience have led me to exactly where I am supposed to be.

I look forward to working together to identify your short-term and long-term goals, identify strategies, and develop a plan to achieve your goals, remove barriers to success, and help you to maximize your potential. I would love to help you become the best version of yourself.

At our initial session, I look forward to getting to know you, developing trust and rapport, learning about your personal and family history, and developing goals to help you succeed. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have about my own professional background, experience, and abilities.
