My communication style

I like the sessions to be pretty informal—make yourself comfortable and speak as you are comfortable. I like to focus on getting some background and spending time finding a solution that is going to make you feel the best. You are able to text message me whenever you are having issues and get a timely response.

My journey to mental healthcare

I went into mental health to help people and was immediately drawn to psychiatry. I love my work, and when my patients feel better, I feel better.

My goals for you

I want you to focus on the symptoms that are most bothersome to you, and ways we can alleviate those symptoms. We'll work together to find practical solutions that bring relief and help you move forward.

Our first session

In the first session, we want to get some basic background information and outline ways to best help you feel better. We'll talk about what's bringing you in and start mapping out a plan that works for you.
