Hi there, I'm Calvin!

You don't have to carry life's challenges on your own. If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, cultural or identity-related challenges, or the lingering effects of trauma, therapy can help you find clarity and relief. I provide a safe, compassionate space where your experiences are valued and your growth is the focus.

My focus

I specialize in supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, men's issues, multicultural and BIPOC concerns, relationship struggles, and identity and growth challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck—longing for change but unsure where to start. My role is to provide a nonjudgmental space to explore these challenges.

My approach

My work is rooted in a humanistic, person-centered philosophy, which means I meet you where you are—without judgment—and tailor our work to your unique needs. I draw from psychodynamic therapy to help uncover deeper patterns, while also integrating practical tools from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and faith-based perspectives.
