Hi there, I'm Ryan!

I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, family conflict, and life transitions while building resilience and self-confidence.

My focus

I work with individuals across the spectrum—from high-achieving and outwardly successful to those feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My clients often navigate family trauma, workplace stress, or relational wounds that show up in romantic, occupational, or social settings. I also support clients managing ADHD, anxiety, and chronic stress.

My approach

My approach is client-centered, integrative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw on CBT, psychodynamic exploration, mindfulness, parts work, and trauma-informed somatic approaches to address both immediate symptoms and deeper patterns. Therapy should feel safe, validating, and collaborative.
