I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, or emotional overwhelm—especially those who tend to keep it all in. We'll work towards achieving relief both in the short term and in the long-term sense.

I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you identify and reframe instinctive/survival reactions. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your unique goals and progress.
