My journey to mental healthcare

I began as a science teacher but was asked to develop a counseling program because of my connection with students. That invitation changed my path and led me to a career helping others become all they can be.

Our first session

The first session is a time for us to learn about each other, develop a treatment plan, and set goals. You'll receive an assignment at the end of this session and every session that follows to support your progress between our meetings.
