Hi there, I'm Kelly!

I have 30 years of experience understanding the thread of developmental trauma. I work to connect this thread, undo the way it started, and re-thread the needle. These threads include life events, genetics, environment, and system interactions that cause mental and physical diagnoses. I offer understanding with solutions for a new path.

My focus

My years of experience and evidence-based practice support individuals, couples, and families impacted by traumatic interactions within relationships and systems. During initial sessions, goals for treatment will be established based on collaborative efforts. I work to connect clients on how to look backwards in order to move forward.

My approach

I hope to offer a foundational commitment to how trauma impacts daily life, and make a change rather than living in survival mode. As the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, I came to understand developmental trauma in my personal life, my social work career with children, and eventually as a Soldier. Currently, a Veteran myself, I have come full circle.
