My communication style is calm, relaxed, accommodating, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment and create a space where you feel truly heard.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a mental healthcare provider because I've always been naturally drawn to helping people through difficult times. I find deep fulfillment in seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves.

My goals for you

My approach to medication management varies based on each client's needs. I seek a shared understanding of your reality so we can work together to create a care plan tailored specifically to you and your goals.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way. The first session is about building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
