I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and my first goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported. I provide individual and family therapy.

My focus

I see people of all ages from birth through adulthood. My experiences and interests include trauma, family systems, substance abuse and co-dependency, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental concerns such as ADHD and Autism, and life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting children and their families.

My approach

I use a developmental lens and tailor my approach to your needs. I offer interventions including attachment and relational-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mind-body connection and stress reduction, trauma-focused and trauma-informed approaches, play therapy, narrative therapy, and expressive arts.
