My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner was driven by a desire to help make people's lives better. Throughout 25 years of healthcare experience I have cared for patients in a variety of settings and saw firsthand how mental health affects every aspect of a person's well-being. My goal is to help improve my patients' quality of life.

I see this as a partnership. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you. We will develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle.

Our first session

During your first visit, I'll ask many questions to make an accurate diagnosis so we can discuss treatment options that align with your needs and goals. It is my sincere hope that each patient feels comfortable being completely honest and trusts me so that we can work as a team to achieve their goals as we work together in the follow-up sessions.
