As an LPC, I believe that behavior can be understood as either functional or dysfunctional. More often than not, individuals seek support when they find themselves stuck in dysfunction, struggling to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. I focus my practice on Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, & Personality Disorders.
