My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a provider by a desire to support individuals navigating mental health challenges with compassionate, evidence‑based care. As a PMHNP, I value building meaningful therapeutic relationships and helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their treatment.

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to identify priorities, set realistic treatment goals, and develop individualized care plans. Through ongoing assessment, clear communication, and evidence‑based treatment, I support steady progress while adjusting care as needs evolve.

In our first session, we'll explore your concerns, mental health history, and current symptoms in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I will conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment and address any questions you have. Together, we will identify initial treatment goals and review potential treatment options.
