Hi there, I'm Evelyn!

Life can get heavy sometimes—and trying to hold it all together can be exhausting. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately, you’re not alone. I help people work through anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem.

My focus

I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating life transitions and want support in finding clarity and balance. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and struggles with self-esteem or identity. I enjoy working with people who are ready to better understand themselves.

My approach

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—your experiences, needs, and goals guide the work we do together. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, while also creating space for honest, real conversations.
