My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a clinician has been genuinely inspiring. Witnessing the profound impact of life experiences has taught me to understand, learn, and remain humble. I feel honored to be anyone's therapist and to observe their transformation from the beginning of our work together, as well as their milestones, growth, and healing.

My goals for you

I love helping clients reach their goals through friendly, supportive conversations. First, we discuss what they want to achieve and any challenges they might face. Together, we break those goals into manageable steps, making the process feel less overwhelming. I’m here to cheer them on and provide support along the way, with regular check-ins.

Our first session

In my initial session, I refer to this process as "breaking bread," as I recognize that clients often have a variety of both positive and negative experiences with therapy. My objective is to ensure that every client receives the highest quality of therapeutic services, starting from the first session.
