I offer short-term goal-oriented therapy whereby you will have opportunities to use strategies outside of the therapy platform as a means for overcoming intrusive thoughts, doubt, worry, anxiety, and or depression.

Struggling with anxious thoughts or self-doubt? I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, depression, grief, and pain management. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized growth plan that feels empowering and achievable.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your unique goals and progress.
