Hi there, I'm Danilo!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for adolescents, adults, and families. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions in a collaborative, nonjudgmental space focused on growth and practical tools.

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, low motivation, or feeling overwhelmed. I offer a supportive, practical, and individualized space to build coping skills, confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based tools to help clients understand underlying concerns, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful progress.
