I have 25 years of experience using an eclectic and holistic approach to working with my clients. I use body-based techniques in addition to talk therapy and consider all aspects of a client's life. Most of my work has been done with those who are grieving, have experienced trauma, or are looking for a reduction in anxiety or stress.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and families, those who are 13+, who are dealing with a loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and maternal health.
My approach
I value collaboration when it comes to working with clients. The goals are yours; I'll just help you to reach them. I use multiple therapies and strategies suited to each person's needs. I love to help others to recognize their reactions using polyvagal and somatic approaches and experiential work.
