I create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Clients often describe working with me as supportive, calming, and empowering. I work collaboratively while gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental healthcare by a deep interest in human connection, emotional resilience, and the power of healing through relationships. What continues to drive me is the privilege of walking alongside people during their most vulnerable and transformative moments.

I view goal setting as a collaborative and evolving process. Together, we identify meaningful and achievable goals that reflect your values and priorities. Throughout treatment, we regularly revisit and refine these goals to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with your progress.

Our first session

The first session is about getting to know you and building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brings you to treatment, explore your current challenges, and clarify what you'd like to gain from our work together. The goal is to start building a connection and give you a sense of what it's like to work with me.
