I work with clients experiencing anxious thoughts, self-doubt, uncomfortable emotions, trauma, difficulty in decision making, self-esteem issues, goal setting, and life transitions. Together, we'll create a plan for growth and learn coping mechanisms.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to address unhelpful thought patterns and emotions. Based on your needs, I may adapt my approach to include challenging negative thoughts, mindfulness and meditation, and problem-solving skills. I might incorporate dialectical behavioral therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy.
