My communication style

I am a soft-spoken, quiet person, and I encourage you to share with me what you would like to attain by working with me. I like peace and fun in life and enjoy humor. I try to keep things organized and structured, and verbalize our plan together.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always thought I do best in working with individuals or small groups. As a Social Worker therapist, I have enjoyed working at all levels of mental health, and holding an additional master's degree in Public Policy, I have worked in business and non-profit organizations while always remaining in private practice.

My goals for you

We set treatment goals together with a time-framed, structured approach, but with a relaxed understanding that they can be changed and reviewed to suit your needs. We reach goals by identifying progress and making sure you feel good about the work you have done.

Our first session

Your first session will be an assessment while listening to you and identifying your needs. I will present what I believe will be necessary in working together, and we will create an initial plan that you will be comfortable with.
