My focus

I have supported clients facing challenges such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and family conflicts. My experience spans a diverse range of individuals, from pre-adolescents to adults.

My approach

I pull from different evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs. Depending on the client's need, I utilize CBT, Client-Centered, Relational, and Strength-Based approaches. If desired, I can also draw from a biblical perspective.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping others emerged when I began volunteering as a mentor for disadvantaged youth. I shifted my major from Biotechnology to Humanities & Social Sciences. I've worked in various roles—from non-profit organizations and crisis therapy to school social work and private practice.
