I use an eclectic approach, namely CBT, ACT, Person-centered, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy. I treat mostly anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I typically work with clients who find it difficult to surmount what life brings them as they journey through it. I am comfortable treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I create a therapeutic environment for my clients. An environment that is comfortable and conducive can encourage clients to take on different perspectives on presented issues. Working with me can be an eye-opener on cognitive distortion.
