Hi there, I'm Nicole!

I feel blessed to be able to empower clients to achieve their personal goals and to feel at peace in their daily lives.

My focus

I currently work predominantly with teens and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and difficulties in relationships (including family relationships). I also enjoy working with individuals from a spiritual psychology perspective if they express an interest in further exploring their spiritual path or search for meaning/wholeness.

My approach

Our therapy sessions will utilize an eclectic approach, tailored to your needs and interests. These approaches include traditional talk therapy, as well as CBT (redirecting unhelpful thoughts), grounding/mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

My goal is to maintain a professional yet informal setting in which a client feels comfortable to be who they are without fear of being judged.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a strong awareness that we are made up of a combination of genetics and environment. I believe that our perceptions of the world are formed by these factors, but can be altered and challenged when people have a desire to grow and learn.

My goals for you

Our sessions will be strength-based and guided by goals initiated by you and what you feel you need to improve or change in your own thinking and in relation to others in your life.

Our first session

The first session will usually involve gathering as much background as the client is comfortable sharing to begin to determine goals. If a client is currently dealing with a crisis, this will be altered to first meet the client where they are and alleviate symptoms.
