I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am also a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). I have been in the medical field for 20 years. My goal is to improve mental health knowledge, advance care, and decrease the stigma of mental health.

My approach
I will use a combination of medication management and talk therapy to find the best diagnosis and treatment plan for her patients. I will also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques into treatment.
