I work with children, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, adoption, anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, grief, LGBTQ+ identity, life transitions, OCD, racial identity, relationship issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, and PTSD.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy in my practice. We'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. We'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience, and I'll help you develop coping techniques to change your feelings for the better.
