My practice provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can unpack the layers of motherhood, identity, and life transitions without feeling rushed or alone. I help women and men, especially moms, navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and self-expectations so they can rediscover balance and confidence in their daily lives.
My focus
I work best with women who are holding everything together but feel like they're running on empty. Many of my clients are mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum life, or balancing career and family. They often describe feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who they are outside of their many roles.
