My approach is person-centered. I will meet you with unconditional positive regard and remain nonjudgmental to foster a trusting environment. I frequently use CBT, MI, and Person-Centered modalities.

My communication style is warm, personable, and accommodating. I like to create an environment where my clients can share anything while I remain nonjudgmental and present with them on their healing journey.
