I am a board-certified Advanced Practice Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have a broad range of experience working with patients from diverse backgrounds across the lifespan.

My focus

I currently focus on working with adults who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, PTSD, Postpartum depression, Anger Management, OCD, Acute stress disorder, and a wide range of other mental health conditions.

My approach

I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, which include supportive psychotherapy, complementary, holistic, and integrative treatment approaches. In conjunction with psychotropic medications, I offer both medication and psychotherapeutic management, alternative medication options, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.
