Relaxed, direct, positive. I always want to make sure that everyone understands one another and that we are always on the same page.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to be able to have the opportunity to be there for people the way I wish people had been there for me when I was struggling. I got my education and my LCSW to ensure that when people needed a voice, I could speak up for them, and they would be heard until they could speak for themselves.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with you to identify what success looks like and build practical steps toward it. We'll check in regularly, adjust as needed, and celebrate progress along the way so you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.

You will leave the first session feeling some kind of relief for whatever it is that is bringing you into therapy.
