My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to be able to have the opportunity to be there for people the way I wish people had been there for me when I was struggling. I got my education to ensure that when people who needed a voice, I could speak up for them, and they would be heard until they could speak for themselves.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with you to identify what success looks like and build practical steps toward it. We'll check in regularly, adjust as needed, and celebrate progress along the way so you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.
