My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a passion for helping others. During both undergraduate and graduate studies, I have always gravitated towards counseling. I have developed a passion for focusing more on the clinical aspect of Social Work, such as therapy services. I also realized many people struggle with mental health, and I find my work deeply rewarding.

My goals for you

We'll take time to talk through what you want to achieve in therapy. We will work together to break large goals into smaller goals if necessary. I use motivational interviewing to find the root causes of any challenges. I also provide encouragement to instill resilience and empowerment. Progress may feel slow, but consistency is key to see progress

Our first session

Your first session will give me an opportunity to hear what led you to therapy. We will discuss your expectations and your goals. I will also answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability. Many people may feel nervous as they do not know what to expect. I am here to guide you to a more fulfilling life.
