My goal is to help clients discover their true potential and authenticity by providing a supportive, nonjudgmental, empowering space that displays my passion for my profession as well as helps clients to believe in themselves and reach their goals.

I like to approach therapy from a positive and holistic perspective. I think it is important to find balance in your life, and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self-care. I like a person-centered approach, meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed, and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.
