Melanie Lowe Hoffman is a clinical social worker. Melanie works with adolescents and adults, as well as couples. She specializes in addressing how mental health intersects with our day-to-day relationships and performance (see services for area of focus).

Are you struggling to navigate a relationship? Or is your performance at work or school suffering? I work with clients to learn how to support our mental health so we can show up and be present in the most important areas of our life.

My approach

My work with clients centers on relationships and the ways our mental health shapes, and is shaped by the connections in our lives (see list for diagnosis focus). This includes relationships with family, friends, colleagues, partners, and, just as importantly, the relationship we have with ourselves.
