I primarily work with adults and older adults. I typically treat individuals with anxiety and depressive disorders, OCD, and trauma. I have experience working with individuals who suffer from various long-term chronic illnesses and neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and multiple sclerosis.

My approach

I utilize a Person-Centered Approach to explore feelings and self-concept, along with CBT, Solution-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR. I apply keen attunement to my clients' emotions and needs. I prioritize flexibility in my methods, skillfully adapting between various therapeutic approaches to best support each individual.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always had a strong drive to help people. My prior career in music allowed me to connect with others, but I often found myself drawn to their histories and life experiences. People would confide in me, and I realized I wanted to do more to support them.
