My approach

Through CBT, we’ll identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. I also incorporate DBT skills to strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness — helping you stay grounded. In grief counseling I understand that loss can change the way we see ourselves and the world. Each session is tailored to your needs.
