My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to understanding how trauma impacts people across the lifespan. I've worked in shelters, substance abuse programs, and mobile crisis interventions, witnessing how resilient people can be. I wanted to provide a safe space for emotional expression, especially for those who feel isolated or unheard.
