Hi there, I'm Amy!

I work with adolescents and adults to provide support during those challenging moments in life. Life is full of choices, and reaching out for guidance is a great first choice. I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet your needs and goals.

My focus

I work with adolescents and adults who are managing life transitions, anxiety or self-esteem issues, parenting struggles, behavioral struggles, and other emotional/social concerns. Whether you are working on developing coping skills, communication skills, or building your own personal goals, we will figure out a way to move forward.

My approach

I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you identify how to change your unhelpful thought patterns into healthy patterns. I may adapt my approach to better meet you where you are at as your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we will work on strategies to help you move forward.
