I am a warm, empathic, personable, approachable, and energetic counselor. With compassion and sensitivity, it is my highest priority to create meaningful connections so clients can feel safe and accepted in order to have the space to dive as deeply as they want into their experiences and feelings.

I thoroughly enjoy helping other people, working 1:1. It is an honor to be on another's journey, helping people through difficult times. I love listening and empowering others to be the best version of themselves.

I believe that by having a collaborative approach and tailoring my modalities, this framework helps clients meet their goals. I truly believe that clients know themselves best and by working together, we can find solutions to help clients meet goals and re-write their story.

Our first session

During our first session, I want to get to know you as well as allow you to get to know me, attempting to put any fears of counseling to rest. I will re-introduce myself and my background, go over housekeeping items such as confidentiality and mandated reporting, complete the intake form, and discuss your goals and expectations.
