My journey to mental healthcare

I was always inclined to want to understand people to help them with where they were and where they wanted to go. To help the underdogs, those that may have had obstacles and challenges, and still want to strive to do and feel better.

My goals for you

Discussing general, long-term goals and breaking them down into short-term/attainable goals. Discussing what areas are causing distress, identifying ways to ease the symptoms, and working on the potential underlying concerns.
