We will identify your feelings, thoughts, concerns related to life challenges, changes, trauma, and many other unfortunate life events. You will define your "normal" based on your beliefs. Gaining control when it seems unlikely, I will support and guide you through this time at your pace. With empathy, compassion, and evidence-based practice!

I navigate these challenges with you from a trauma-informed perspective, focusing on building practical, evidence-based skills. To align with your goals, my approach gives you the tools to regain control. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you envision.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist stems from supporting individuals in their most vulnerable times, whether a mental health crisis, experiencing a loss of family, partner, or job, or traumatic events. The power of self, bearing witness, and validating fears, confusion, and instilling hope towards change. Has been my motivation on this journey.

First sessions can be difficult and not easy for many individuals. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, build a therapeutic relationship, and work at your own pace.
