My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always enjoyed helping people. Being raised by parents who fostered 30+ children in our home, volunteering in my community, and being a trusted and loyal friend, I have always been drawn to helping people through difficult times. I enjoy watching individuals become the best versions of themselves.

My goals for you

I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. My approach reflects my core values of respect, honesty, and compassion, helping you reach your goals with support and understanding.

Our first session

In our first session together, you can expect the majority of our time spent discussing how you have been feeling recently, and me asking questions to better understand what might be contributing factors. The first session is about us building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
