Hi there, I'm Denise!

I provide support for your emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. My focus is helping you problem-solve through difficulties and understand how unresolved grief affects your daily living and overall health. Congratulations on taking this big step, and welcome to a safe space to learn and grow.

My focus

If you have suffered a loss and are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or difficulty adjusting, I can help. My work is primarily focused on middle-aged through older adult clients struggling through life transitions. I help individuals, families, and groups rebuild using coping skills that empower and improve a positive mindset.

My approach

I use an Eclectic Therapy approach that supports individualized treatment goals. I may combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques to best fit your needs. We will work together to ensure a positive, meaningful experience and decide on what works best for you.
