I am a Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy to support clients through life's challenges and transitions.

My focus

I have experience in assisting adult clients with stress & anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, isolation & loneliness, serious illness, aging and geriatric issues, end-of-life counseling, and coping with grief and loss.

I approach therapy with an eclectic blend of different but complementary approaches to work with clients most effectively; this enables the therapy experience to be tailored to each client's individual needs.

My communication style is personable and honest. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything; I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist was a natural fit for me. I thoroughly enjoy listening to and understanding people's experiences and want to help support and guide individuals toward positive changes in their lives. Being able to assist clients in living their best lives is an honor and a privilege.

I collaborate with clients to develop goals and prioritize them based on their needs. I check in during sessions to assess progress, identify obstacles, and celebrate achievements.

What you can expect from our first session is a conversation focused on getting to know you, establishing a safe and comfortable space, discussing the reasons for seeking therapy, providing a brief overview of your life story, and exploring what you hope to achieve through therapy.
