Hi there, I'm Stacey!

I studied at Boise State University where I obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on working with marginalized communities. I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I am also certified in mediation.

My focus

I have worked with a wide variety of clients, and I specialize in working with ADHD, Autism, and gifted or highly sensitive people. I am experienced in working with parents and children in the child welfare system as well as preteens and teens. I also specialize in parent coaching and have taught parenting classes.

My approach

Internal Family Systems to explore inner parts and foster self-compassion, and CBT to shift thought patterns and behaviors. Strengths-based, trauma-informed, & neurodivergent-affirming techniques. Parenting support, Depression and anxiety treatments, Emotional regulation, Relationship therapy, including boundaries and communication.
