Hi there, I'm Kevin!

Thank you for reaching out! I'm here to collaborate with you to get from where you are to where you want to be in your life. I work with couples and individual adults who are ready to make meaningful changes in their relationships and well-being.

My focus

I work with individual adults and couples who want to achieve a sense of well-being and control over their lives and relationships. I assist clients to overcome depression, anxiety, marital and relationship conflicts, and problems.

My approach

I assist couples to solve problems through communication, trust, respect, conflict resolution, and rebuilding friendship. I use behavioral skills building, boundary setting, and role-playing. I help individuals and couples understand patterns of triggers, negative thoughts, toxic emotions, and self-sabotaging behaviors and how to change them.
