I believe in the importance of externalizing distress through psychotherapy. A release can bring relief, which can be freeing and healing. I'm here to listen, provide guidance, and empower you as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I invite you to start that process as I join you on your journey to wellness.

My journey to mental healthcare

My pursuit of therapy derived from my desire to help others, particularly those who have endured hardship. I was interested in learning how the human brain operates and how biology and the environment affect our patterns, behaviors, and tendencies.

My goals for you

Together, we will customize your treatment plan to meet your specific needs. We can update your treatment plan and goals as you see fit. I will help keep you accountable by checking on the progress of your goals and talking about barriers.

Our first session

Our first session will include a meet and greet to get to know one another. We'll talk about your background and what compelled you to start therapy. Context can be helpful to know what to focus on moving forward. I understand that you may be nervous, but I will walk you through each step of the way.
