I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and supported in discovering your own path forward. I tailor my communication style to my client but I prefer to engage in supportive and assertive communication.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been a therapist for 14 years. I have worked with diverse populations in various settings. I have outpatient, emergency/crisis counseling, and inpatient treatment.

My goals for you

I act as a guide to support you toward your optimal health. I am open to engaging on a variety of goals. Typically, I find counseling can be supportive in brief form and on a longer term basis depending on the goal.

Our first session

The Intake session tends to be more structure with questions designed to get an overall sense of your needs, preferences, and goals.
